What Parents Say
My son joined Pencil & Chai during April ths year just for summer classes as he was much interested with drawing but he enjoyed his classes so much that he continued even after vacations. I can see tremendous improvement in his detailing of a drawing. Kavitha mam teaches every form of art and focuses mainly on detailing. Tricks & tips helps kids to improve much wit their work. All thanks to kavitha mam. So happy about my child progress after he joined here. Anyone looking for art classes in and around jayanagar definitely should choose Pencil & Chai.

We've been attending Junior Pencil and Chai art classes for nearly a year, and the progress has been remarkable. The sessions are structured yet fun, and the teacher is incredibly patient, creative, and encouraging with the kids. Every class feels like a creative adventure, and we’ve seen noticeable growth in both artistic skills and confidence. It’s a wonderful space for children to express themselves. Highly recommended for anyone looking to nurture their child’s creativity in a positive and inspiring environment.

Namaste all ….. I have been a student of Junior pencil and chai for last four years. Their way of teaching art is really unique and I have come a long way improving my art and drawing skills. Recently I have enrolled for the diploma course and looking forward to learn more. Special thanks to Kavitha Mam, who makes whole experience very interactive and fun at the same time. She explains everything very clearly and gives every student individual attention. Thank you Mam.

I am parent of Srinivasan who is currently pursuing Diploma in Fine arts with Junior Pencil and chai and is in his second year. It has been an amazing journey for us and he has come a long way. This course has helped him to a great extent in taking his skill to higher levels from where he started. The course they offer is very structured, rigourous and exposes the children to different mediums at the right pace. His teacher Ms. Kavitha has played an integral part in his development by challenging him with lot of assignments on a variety of subjects which is rare to find. The warm and traditional atmosphere in the gurukul adds a unique touch. Attaching some of his art work from the assignments completed.

Hello everyone , I hope you all are doing great , I will be sharing my experience in Junior Pencil And Chai Art . I used to be in normal batches , I was having fun and I was learning new things and techniques .I became more good in art .One day , ma'am asked me if I could join Diploma course , I asked ma'am what is Diploma course ,she said that it is a course where u will learn all the mediums of art in 2 years. I thought of joining it .After joining it , they give us assignments to do .First we learnt graphite and sketches where ma'am gave us a 30 DAY SKETCH CHALLENGE we had to upload everyday the sketches through basecamp. Second we started colour pencil ,it was fun we drew realistic fruits, vegetables, flowers etc. Now, we will be starting oil pastels ,and I am very excited . We also have fun at the classes .This was my experience in Junior Pencil And Chai . THANK YOU
